Iron On Name Labels for Clothing

HOW TO APPLY

• Peel the label off the backing paper and position on your garment.
• Set iron to “dry mode” with the temperature between 160-190 degrees °C.
• Use the smooth area of the iron away from any steam holes.
  
• Press the iron flat and still onto the label with light pressure for 6 to 10 seconds.
• Use a thin pressing cloth when applying to delicate fabrics.

SHIPPING

There is no charge for shipping or handling. There is also no charge for shipping or handling for international orders. Labels are printed in New Zealand and shipping is by NZ Post for local orders and by international airmail to other countries.

For us to process your order we need to know your name, the information to be printed on your labels, your shipping address and email address. The information you trust us with when you place your order is used only for processing your order.
We DO NOT take part in the rental or sale of names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, demographics or any other personal information about our customers.

Order forms are hosted on a secure server. The security level used is the same as used by major banking institutions. When you place your order your details are sent using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 2048-bits (the highest level commercially available).

If your order is found to be defective or if your information is printed with an error made on our behalf, we will replace your labels as soon as possible. If you have a problem with your labels please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
